What we collect

When you send a request, we receive the data you enter: name, company, email, Telegram or phone, destinations and the task description, together with the time of the request.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your request and discuss your task. We don't send newsletters, sell data or share it with third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it

Requests are stored for up to 12 months and then deleted. Your IP address is used only for short-term spam protection and is not stored with your request.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses no cookies, trackers or third-party analytics. Fonts are served from our own server. Your language choice and an unsent form draft are kept only in your browser.

Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, correct it or have it deleted. Write to admin@grandroute.eu and we'll respond within 30 days.
